When will my order be shipped?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days. If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire shipment will be held until the pre-order release date specified on the product page.
Do you offer international shipping from the Australian store?
Yes, we ship to most international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.
What is your return policy for music and apparel?
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that vinyl, CDs, and DVDs must be returned in their original, unopened shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund due to change of mind.
